From cheering at Otter Rallies to setting up the Fall Festival, parent and community volunteers are the engine behind everything the Foundation does. Whether you have an hour or a whole season to give, your time directly supports Eastbluff students and teachers.

Events & Fundraisers

Lend a hand at the Book Fair, the Fall Festival, the Jog-a-thon, family nights, and the Spring Gala. Set-up, check-in, and day-of help all make a difference.

Classroom & Campus

Support teachers and students with classroom help, volunteering in the Garden, and campus projects that keep Eastbluff a great place to learn.

Committees & Leadership

Share your skills on a committee or join the Foundation board. Help shape programs, communications, and the events that bring our community together.

Community & Outreach

Connect local businesses and families to the Foundation through sponsorships, spirit events, and service projects like our MLK Food Bank Day of Service.

Set-up, games, activities, and clean-up. Parents are also needed to decorate a trunk for trunk or treat.

Getting Reimbursed

Spent your own money on a Foundation event or committee? Use this form to get it back.

Reimbursement Request Form

  • Attach every itemized receipt or invoice. A credit card statement on its own is not enough.
  • You sign it, then a Foundation Co-President approves it. No one may approve their own reimbursement.
  • Once approved, the signed form and receipts go to the Treasurer for payment and you are copied.

Prefer paper? Print the form, collect the signatures by hand, and give it to the Treasurer with your receipts.
